MavenWire Announces Acquisition of EII-Singapore, EII-Australia
Acquisition Strengthens a Global Leader in the Oracle Transportation Management Space
(firmenpresse) - KING OF PRUSSIA, PA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/28/12 -- MavenWire, LLC, a global provider of consulting, hosting, training and application development with expertise spanning Oracle Transportation Management, Global Trade Management (GTM), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition and Oracle Fusion Middleware, announced that, effective June 30, it will acquire Enterprise Integration Pte Ltd., a Singapore private limited company and Enterprise Integration Pty Ltd., an Australian proprietary limited company, collectively known as EII APAC.
After working closely together for five years, the MavenWire and the EII APAC teams will now officially join, creating a single unified global team in the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) space. This team will work together on worldwide deployments, with added capabilities in the Asia-Pacific region. All EII APAC employees will be retained and will integrate with MavenWire to create a larger pool of knowledge. MavenWire will honor all existing EII APAC contracts and obligations, and MavenWire's global OTM/GTM capabilities will be available to current customers of EII APAC, who will experience a seamless transition.
