Vaaldiam Mining Receives Court Approval of Plan of Arrangement
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/28/12 -- Vaaldiam Mining Inc. (TSX: VAA) ("Vaaldiam" or the "Company") is pleased to announce today that it has obtained final court approval from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) of the previously announced proposed Plan of Arrangement (the "Arrangement") with BCKP Limited ("BCKP"), pursuant to which all of the common shares of Vaaldiam will be acquired by BCKP for approximately $0.2649292 for each common share of Vaaldiam. The Arrangement was approved by special resolution of Vaaldiam's shareholders at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 21, 2012. The Arrangement is expected to close on June 29, 2012.
