Northern Graphite Provides Update on Bankable Feasibility Study Timing
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 06/29/12 -- Northern Graphite Corporation (TSX VENTURE: NGC)(OTCQX: NGPHF) provides the following update to its guidance with respect to the timing of the release of the results of the bankable feasibility study ("FS") for its 100% owned Bissett Creek graphite deposit. All work and analysis relating to the FS has now been completed and it is in the final stages of compilation and review. The Company expects to issue a press release announcing the results of the FS during the week of July 9, 2012. A National Instrument 43-101 technical report relating to the FS will be filed on SEDAR within 45 days thereafter.
The Company will schedule a conference call to discuss the FS results on the day that they are issued.
