(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 06/29/12 -- WCB Resources Ltd ("WCB" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: WCB) reports that it has granted stock options to certain directors and officers entitling the purchase of up to 610,000 shares of WCB under its stock option plan at a price of $0.60 until June 29, 2017. The grant is subject to regulatory approval.
