SAP consulting company itelligence continues expansion strategy in UK
itelligence UK acquires SAP BusinessObjects partner Blueprint Management
Systems Ltd.
Ascot, July 3, 2012 - itelligence AG, a leading global SAP partner for the
SME market, today announced the 100% acquisition of the British company
Blueprint Management Systems Ltd., London, one of SAP UK's leading
BusinessObjects partners, by its Ascot-based British subsidiary itelligence
UK.
This acquisition represents a significant expansion in the range of
services offered by itelligence in the UK in the growth segments of
business analytics and SAP BusinessObjects.
Norbert Rotter, CFO, itelligence AG: 'In recent years itelligence has
invested significantly in the UK market with the clear objective of
becoming the No. 1 Partner of SAP. Our UK business is now the third largest
Unit at itelligence worldwide with revenues of£40 million and 180
employees.'

considerable growth opportunities in the UK business analytics sector and

activities with Blueprint Management Systems Ltd. will provide the basis

The company was founded in 1993 and its 60 employees generated sales of£8.9 million in 2011. The renowned business analytics solution provider can
count well-known companies such as ING Bank, M&G Ltd. and Eurostar
International Ltd. among its customers. As an SAP BusinessObjects Gold
Value Added Reseller and SAP Authorized Education Partner, Blueprint has
received numerous accreditations from SAP.
