Karlsruhe, July 3, 2012 - Recyc Commodities announces the successful
completion of a capital increase. The capital increase of up to EUR
700,000.00 out of authorized share capital was completely subscribed for.
As a result, following the entry into the commercial register, the company
will have a paid in share capital base of EUR 2,100,000.00. The necessary
steps for the issuing of the stock are currently being undertaken by the
company's partners.
Recyc Commodities SE's managing director, Mr. Paul Bosmediano commented on
the success as follows: 'I am extremely pleased with our shareholder's
continued trust in the company and would like to take this opportunity to
extend my explicit thanks for this fact. This shows us that our path is the
right one, and it is a confirmation of the company's functioning business
model.'
