(firmenpresse) - OAKVILLE, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/03/12 -- At its annual and special shareholders' meeting held on June 22, 2012, Bennett Environmental Inc.'s shareholders approved a change of the company's name to BENEV Capital Inc. ("BCI") (TSX: BEV). Articles of amendment giving effect to this change have been filed, effective June 28, 2012. BCI will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "BEV".
