Recommendation of the Nomination Committee of Orkla ASA

The Nomination Committee of Orkla ASA has recommended election of Grace Reksten
Skaugen and Jo Lunder as new members of the company's Board of Directors.
Furthermore, Terje Venold has been recommended as new Deputy Chair of the
Corporate Assembly to succeed Dag Mejdell, who has resigned as Corporate
Assembly member on account of other duties.
An extraordinary meeting of the Corporate Assembly will be convened to consider
this recommendation. The meeting is expected to be held in August.
