MGold Resources Inc. Announces Officer Changes

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/06/12 -- MGold Resources Inc. ("MGold" or the "Corporation) (TSX VENTURE: MNI) announced today that, following the election of the new Board of Directors of the Corporation at the annual shareholders meeting held on June 29, 2012, the directors have made the following appointments:

In addition, Cassady Harraden has resigned as Vice-President, Exploration.

The Corporation intends to consider additional officer appointments once the new business plan and strategy has been developed and approved by the Board.
