LTS Scale and Land Air Express Announce Mobile Dimensioning Deployment
(firmenpresse) - TWINSBURG, OH -- (Marketwire) -- 07/06/12 -- LTS Scale, a leader in mobile weighing and dimensioning systems, recently signed an agreement with Land Air Express of New England to install a mobile dimensioning system at Land Air's warehouse facility in Carlstadt, NJ. This system will utilize LTS Scale's latest mobile dimensioning technology, MobileCube™, to provide Land Air the means to improve LTL loading and stowability, increase productivity, and form the basis for contract/tariff measurement reviews. MobileCube™ units will be installed on Land Air's Carlstadt fork truck fleet to accurately weigh and dimension palletized freight, and wirelessly send that information to Land Air for analysis and processing.
