Skystar Announces Crowe Horwath (HK) CPA Limited as New Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm
(firmenpresse) - XI'AN, CHINA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/06/12 -- (NASDAQ: SKBI) a China-based manufacturer and distributor of veterinary medicines, vaccines, micro-organisms and feed additives, today announced that its Audit Committee of the Company's Board of Directors engaged Crowe Horwath (HK) CPA Limited ("Crowe HK") as the Company's principal independent registered public accounting firm to audit its financial statements, to replace Crowe Horwath, LLP ("Crowe LLP"), effective as of June 29, 2012.
Skystar is noting that there were no disagreements with Crowe LLP on any matters of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure, which disagreements, if not resolved to the satisfaction of Crowe LLP, would have caused Crowe LLP to make reference to the subject matter of the disagreement in its reports on the Company's financial statements for the periods in which Crowe LLP audited the financial statements of the Company.
