Ludei Selects Former appMobi Co-Founder Joe Monastiero as New President
(firmenpresse) - SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/10/12 -- Ludei, the creator of CocoonJS, part of the popular mobile gaming platform used by HTML5 game developers and publishers to develop, deploy and monetize their games on iOS and Android devices, today announced that Joe Monastiero has joined Ludei as the company's first president.
Monastiero, a serial entrepreneur, co-founded appMobi, a pioneer in HTML5 mobile application development platforms, helping the company acquire over 50,000 active developers. As president, Monastiero will lead Ludei in the company's efforts to create a dominant position in the exploding migration of core and casual gaming to mobile via HTML5 cross platform tools.

Monastiero was also a senior executive at several other media technology companies, including muvee Technologies of Singapore and Cyberlink Corp of Taiwan.
The Ludei Platform allows HTML5 developers to deploy their games on mobile devices as native applications.
