Prosperity Goldfields Announces Resignation of Director

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/11/12 -- Prosperity Goldfields Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PPG) announces, effective July 10, 2012, that Mr. R. Bruce Duncan has resigned as a director to focus on his duties as CEO of Evolving Gold Corp. and other ventures. Mr. Duncan was instrumental in the initial public listing of the Company via the spin out of the Kiyuk Property from Evolving Gold in 2011. The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Duncan for his contributions to the Company and wishes him every success in the future.
