Intercovamex PVD systems now available in Europe
Intercovamex PVD systems now available in Europe(firmenpresse) - Starting January 2012 EpiServe GmbH (www.episerve.de) will distribute Intercovamex PVD systems in the German speaking part of Europe. Intercovamex offers sputtering systems, PLD-, E-beam and thermal evaporation systems for R&D and pilot production.
PVD systems from Intercovamex are on the market in North America since 1994. More than 100 systems are already installed. Standard as well as customer specific systems for PVD methods like sputtering, E-beam evaporation, PLD, thermal evaporation or combinations of those methods are available.
Different configurations, starting from simple Pyrex bell jars to high vacuum and UHV compatible chambers with loading chambers or multi chamber set-ups are available. The systems are built for maximum reliability, simple operation and easy servicing. All components like vacuum pumps, magnetrons, PID regulators, power supplies and controllers are from internationally renowned suppliers like e.g. PFEIFFER, MKS, ADVANCED ENERGY, CTI, etc. The customer can choose which components shall be used to stay compatible with other systems in his lab.
By resigning from complicated fully automatic control systems and by advantageous production possibilities in Mexico the value for money is excellent. That"s why soon after launching Intercovamex systems into the market in France in 2011, already 3 sputtering systems have been sold. Two of those are delivered and up and running already.
Intercovamex systems are in use since years successfully in the development of CIGS photovoltaic layers, nanotechnology, MEMS, hard coatings, TCO, semiconductors or simply for evaporating contact layers.
