Aldrin Announces Director Appointment
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/12/12 -- Aldrin Resource Corp. ("Aldrin") (TSX VENTURE: ALN) is pleased to announce, subject to regulatory approval, that it has appointed Mr. Edward C. Grant to its board of directors. Mr. Grant is the President and Director of Jaco Energy Limited, a private oil and gas producing company which has been active for 18 years. He is responsible for directing and managing all activities involved in evaluating oil and gas properties, land/ production acquisitions, drilling joint ventures and providing full management services of producing properties for investors. He has 39 years of extensive domestic and international oil and gas experience in operations, engineering, and senior management positions for both small and large E&P organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Manitoba. Mr. Grant is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, Geophysicists of Alberta.
Aldrin's CEO, Johnathan More, states, "We are excited to have Mr. Grant join our board. His knowledge and expertise in the oil and gas sector is a perfect fit for our upcoming growth strategy."
Aldrin also announces the resignation of Robert Stroshein from his role as Director. Mr. Stroshein will remain as a consultant to Aldrin. We are very happy to have had his expertise over the past year and wish him well in his future endeavors.
