Garda Announces the Acquisition of McKinnon Services

McKinnon Services specializes in industrial and mining projects, generating $18 million in annual revenues and employing 1,500 employees. The company has a strong presence on the Cote-Nord and Abitibi-Temiscamingue regions of Northern Quebec.
The transaction is expected to have an immediate positive impact on financial results.
