Business Development Executive Selected to Focus on Strategic Opportunities
(firmenpresse) - CHANTILLY, VA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/16/12 -- AMERICAN SYSTEMS, a government IT solutions provider and one of the top 100 employee-owned companies in the U.S., has appointed Ms. Kristen Murphy to Vice President, Capture Management. Ms. Murphy will oversee the Company's processes, personnel, and procedures related to the successful identification and award of major new business opportunities.
Ms. Murphy will support all levels of delivery, business development, pricing and proposal organizations to bolster AMERICAN SYSTEMS' position as a prime contractor of choice on strategic new business opportunities. Specifically, she will help drive bid strategies, competitive analyses, pricing strategies, and business cases to improve bid win rates.
Ms. Murphy is a business development executive with 12 years of capture management and business development experience, most recently as Director of Capture Management for ManTech. Prior to that, she held similar positions at CSC and MTC Technologies.
