Available in classroom, virtual classroom and blended learning formats, the course gives candidates the skills to support organizations' service deliveries by bridging the service lifecycle stages.

The scenario-based course takes candidates through a detailed case study, helping them translate concepts into practical skills in preparation for the MALC exam.
