Quadrant EPP Earns OSHA's STAR Site Distinction

Quadrant EPP Plant Manager Steve Uliana proudly accepted a plaque and a flag to display at Quadrant's facility in Scranton, PA. "Safety is paramount, and with that comes quality. Becoming a VPP STAR site is truly a victory in setting and implementing our safety and precision in quality standards," said Uliana.
In OSHA's Voluntary Protection Program (VPP), management, labor and OSHA work cooperatively and proactively to prevent fatalities, injuries and illness through a system focused on hazard prevention and control, worksite analysis, training, management commitment and worker involvement. Upon applying for VPP, Quadrant had a rigorous on-site evaluation by an OSHA team of safety and health professionals. Now with a VPP status, Quadrant will be re-evaluated every three to five years to remain in the program and are exempt from OSHA programmed inspections.
