The Team at True Life Communities Expands in the Arizona Market

Now, as the company's efforts are being realized in land acquisition and development in those markets, another well-known industry name, Mike Hare, has joined the team in Arizona.
A proven industry veteran, Mike has an outstanding history of handling land transactions and investments in a number of states including Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, Florida and Nevada. Mike's 17-year track record in real estate financing is exemplary. In total he has managed over 200 lot financing transactions on over 40,000 lots with an estimated value of more than $2.2 Billion. He spent eleven years with Acacia Capital leading their investment underwriting team before joining APEXCapital Management LLC, as a lead Investment Officer. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance, and holds an Arizona real estate license.
Mike has a strong background in all aspects of land acquisition, development and finance.
