Anconia Announces Grant of Stock Options

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/20/12 -- Anconia Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: ARA) ("Anconia" or the Company") announces that a total of 850,000 stock options to purchase Anconia common shares have been granted to directors and officers of the Company at an exercise price of $0.15 per share, expiring on July 19, 2017.

The grant of options is subject to Exchange approval.
