Harte-Hanks Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

(NYSE: HHS) today reported that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of cents per share payable on September 14, 2012, to the holders of record of shares of common stock of the company at the close of business on August 31, 2012. With the payment of this dividend, Harte-Hanks will have paid consecutive quarterly dividends since the first quarter of 1995.
