Truveris Expands Executive Team With Senior New Hire
Andrew Munroe Joins as Vice President, Legal and Compliance
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 07/24/12 -- Truveris (), a health information technology company that has created the industry's first truly automated RFP platform and reporting suite to help clients and health care advisors manage the prescription claims process, today announced that it has hired Andrew Munroe as Vice President of Legal and Compliance. Munroe joins the company from Medco Health Solutions, Inc., where he served in the legal department for more than 13 years, most recently as Vice President and Counsel.

This announcement follows a very successful year-to-date for Truveris, which is projected to review 400 million unique prescription benefits claims in 2012, representing more than 22 million lives. The need to provide oversight, evaluation and transparency in government funded and commercial sponsored pharmacy programs has resulted in strong demand for Truveris' suite of products.
In his new role, Munroe will be responsible for all of the company's legal and compliance matters, and will report directly to Birch. Immediately prior to joining Truveris as a Vice President, Munroe served as an outside lawyer for the company, consulting on numerous high level matters.
Munroe brings with him nearly 25 years of legal experience, most recently serving as a Vice President and managing attorney in charge of various commercial and technology legal practice areas for Medco Health Solutions, Inc. Prior to Medco, Munroe was an Associate with several law firms, including the former New York City law firm of Brown & Wood and the New York Office of Baker & McKenzie. Munroe is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is member of the Bar of the States of New York and New Jersey.
