Adds Human Resources Solutions to Portfolio

Global Upside's Human Resources (HR) Solutions division manages a broad range of HR activities for emerging companies that need to build a scalable and efficient HR infrastructure as well as mature organizations in need of adjunct resources. The new division is headed by Global Upside Vice President of HR Solutions Mary Lemons. Ms. Lemons has held senior HR roles in the technology industry overseeing the full range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee development, compensation, benefits, stock options and HR information systems.
Global Upside has already agreed to provide HR services to several new and existing clients. These clients include a Web-based provider of social media services and an international manufacturing company.
