Aquentium Signs Joint Venture Agreement for Alternative Energy Projects

(OTCQB: AQNM) (PINKSHEETS: AQNM), a diversified emerging publicly traded company, announced today that the company has signed a joint venture agreement with Green Energy Systems Solutions, Inc. for the development of alternative energy projects in Puerto Rico.
The terms for the joint venture make Aquentium responsible for the cost of all energy system designs, engineering, equipment and installations.
"Aquentium's focus with Green Energy Systems Solutions will be commercial buildings and raw land that can be best utilized with solar energy or wind energy technology. Our goal in Puerto Rico is to help meet the island's energy demand and also help lower energy costs for the citizens and residents in Puerto Rico," stated Aquentium President Mark Taggatz.
Solar and wind energy is clean, renewable and has vast potential. Generating solar and wind power is pollution free, with panels and turbines lasting 25 plus years, with little degradation in performance. Creating solar and wind energy farms to meet energy demands while avoiding concerns regarding greenhouse gas emissions will also create jobs in Puerto Rico. Another advantage of solar power is that it is usually produced during peak demand for electricity, for instance during hot summer days when air conditioners are often full-blast. That means that value of the electricity that it produces is significantly higher.
