THEMAC Resources Group Appoints Stuart Crawford as CFO
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/24/12 -- THEMAC Resources Group Limited (TSX VENTURE: MAC) ("THEMAC" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Stuart Crawford as its Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Crawford brings over 18 years of investment banking and accounting experience with a range of global investment banks underpinned by the discipline of chartered accounting and legal qualifications to THEMAC. He is presently the Financial Controller of the Tulla Group, a group associated with the Company's majority shareholder, and in the past he held several senior positions with investment banking institutions. Mr. Crawford holds graduate degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Queensland, Australia, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Mr. Crawford takes over the CFO position from Mr. Jeffrey Lowe, who has left THEMAC to pursue other interests. The Company thanks Mr. Lowe for his contribution during the past months.
