In this new position, Ms. Mull will be responsible for the development and execution of national and local initiatives that continue to attract and retain top talent to Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate.

During her tenure at AlignMark, Ms. Mull was an important contributor to several successful talent attraction products and systems. Under her leadership, AlignMark's retention rate grew from 40% to an average of 82% for existing clients, and sales growth increased each year for the past three years. Prior to AlignMark, Ms. Mull was Director of Career Development at North Carolina's Howard Perry and Walston Real Estate, where she contributed to the organic growth of 12 regional offices and achieved the highest hiring activity in the company's history with 500+ hires in 24 months.
