(TSX VENTURE: SN) ("Sennen") announces that, further to its news releases of July 17th, 2012 and July 20th, 2012, Sennen has retained Jennings Capital Inc. as its financial advisor and Georgeson Shareholder Communications Canada Inc. to act as information agent in connection with the unsolicited takeover bid by Liberty Silver Corp.
Shareholders are urged to take no action concerning the Liberty offer until the Board makes its formal recommendation. Shareholders will be notified by the Board of this recommendation through a news release and circular in accordance with applicable securities laws.
