(NASDAQ: MWIV) announced today that the Company will release financial results for its fiscal year 2012 third quarter ended June 30, 2012 and update its business outlook for its fiscal year ending September 30, 2012 on Monday, July 30, 2012. MWI will host a conference call the same day at 11:00 am eastern time to discuss these results and its business outlook.

Participants will be required to register their name and company affiliation for the conference call. The conference call will also be carried live on the Company's website at .
