GlobalGreenCapacity Ltd. (GGC), a leading green consultant within socially responsible investments, is pleased to announce the successful launch of GlobalGreenCherry Plc., a modern and effective cherry farming company in the Bulgarian Black Sea Region.

GGC has, in close collaboration with local bio technicians from Sofia University and experienced agro professionals, managed the identification and acquisition of more than 150 HA prime farmland, secured professional and experienced international management and production teams, and is now ready to implement modern and efficient farming technology, all of which will ensure top conditions for potentially lucrative, low-risk, and high-yield production results as cherry is the fruit currently experiencing the fastest growing international demand.

Subsequent to thorough soil investigations and profound due diligence, proving close to perfect conditions for comprehensive and prolific cherry farming, GGC, utilising its extensive network within the region, successfully accomplished the consolidation of 154HA extremely fertile farmland, following successful negotiations with a remarkable 152 different owners.

An experienced local management team and top foreign labour combined with leading-edge farming technology - aiming for up to 3-5 times the production yield compared to conventional farming methods - will secure high production stability and quality, thus promising expectations of corresponding great production outcome.

"It is with great pleasure that GGC now hands down this project to the management of GlobalGreenCherry," Torben Sorensen, CEO of GGC says. "The process has been characterised by reciprocal trust, professionalism, and a mutual high aspiration level, allowing us to efficiently and seamlessly attain our shared goals," Mr. Sorensen states and rounds off, "GGC congratulates GlobalGreenCherry and all involved in its endeavours in Bulgaria on the successful completion of what promises to be a compelling opportunity for all involved in the project."

Similarly, Morten Jensen, Director of GlobalGreenCherry, is delighted with the results of the cooperation with GGC: "I am certain that the outcome of our efforts will exceed any of our expectations," he states, "The foundation formed by GGC along with the rapidly increasing and unmet demand for cherries make me confident that GlobalGreenCherry will yield substantial results."

GlobalGreenCherry expects its first harvest to be completed by 2013 and is currently negotiating with two of Europe's largest fruit wholesalers.
