Stamps.com's High Volume Shipping Customer Support Team Wins Gold at 2012 American Business Awards
96% Growth in 2011 High Volume Shipping Supported by Award-Winning Team

The Gold Stevie Award was awarded to the high volume shipping team in the Stamps.com customer service department.

The high volume shipping team was honored by the ABA for its service achievements throughout the 2011 calendar year. The team produced a record-breaking performance year with an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. In addition, the team decreased call hold times by 8% and increased customer satisfaction ratings by 3%. The Gold Stevie Award marks the fifth form of recognition for Stamps.com by the ABA in five years.
More than 3,000 submissions were received by the ABA and more than 270 executives nationwide were a part of the judging that determined this year's Gold, Silver and Bronze award winners.
