EnerCare Inc. Announces 2012 Second Quarter Conference Call

("EnerCare") (TSX: ECI) today announced it will hold a conference call and webcast on Monday, August 13, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. (ET) to discuss EnerCare's financial results for the second quarter of 2012. Results will be issued by press release prior to the call.

The event will be hosted by John Macdonald, President and CEO, and Evelyn Sutherland, CFO.
