LUM GmbH extends international service network
Authorized service partners cover now entire NAFTA zone and France
(PresseBox) - The annual international service training took place at LUM Berlin-Adlershof headquarters from 16-20 July. In parallel to the continuing education of the distributors in applications and sales, here the fundamentals are established for the fast and qualified technical on-site support around the world.
The increasing use of dispersion and stability analysers in cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical industries comes along with an increasing integration of LUMiSizer and LUMiFuge in the quality assurance systems there. This involves required instrument qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ), as precondition for their work under GMP guidelines.
Successfully passing the training course now a staff member of the Mexican partner is authorized to perform LUM instrument qualifications on-site. Now also fast technical service is provided in the entire NAFTA zone, by the own subsidiary LUM Corporation in the USA and Canada and by Conceptos é Instrumentos for Mexico.
With immediated effect LUM customers in France are supported by two authorized service technicians of the French company ACIL/Granuloshop, located in the application laboratory in Chatou (Paris).
