Medipattern mHealth Begins Shipments to Target
SMARTCOACH slated to be available in stores this fall

The Medipattern Corporation ("Medipattern") (TSX VENTURE: MKI), a healthcare leader in the development and commercialization of prevention and analysis solutions that positively impact people's lives, announced today that its MyTrak Mobile unit has received a lead order from Target Corporation (Target) for immediate delivery of SMARTCOACH™, mobile coaching and engagement device. Target intends to roll out SMARTCOACH in the United States this Fall. Discussions leading to this order took place between Target and MyTrak Health System's M2 Division which subsequently became Medipattern's mHealth Solutions Business Unit. The lead order will supply Target's 25 distribution centers across the United States.
SMARTCOACH is a wearable mobile health device supported with online management and coach advisors that help its customers make the lifestyle changes that positively impact their health and well being. SMARTCOACH is with each customer through every step they take, monitoring progress and encouraging success. SMARTCOACH further supplies analysis tools to understand which activities and behaviors have the most significant impact and continues to support each customer through the online community. Unlike pedometer based technologies, SMARTCOACH is a small, sophisticated computer that uses patented Smart Body Technology™ to sense, analyze, and track body movements in 3-D.
