Toromont Announces Quarterly Dividend

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/31/12 -- Toromont Industries Ltd. (TSX: TIH) today announced the regular quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share on outstanding common shares, payable October 1, 2012 to shareholders of record on September 13, 2012.
