SUSS MicroTec AG: Takeover of HamaTech APE closed
Garching near Munich, Germany, February 16, 2010 - SUSS MicroTec AG, which
is listed in the Prime Standard of Deutsche Börse AG, announced today, that
the takeover of HamaTech APE GmbH&Co. KG, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Singulus Technologies AG, was closed yesterday. Thus, SUSS MicroTec became
the new and sole owner of HamaTech APE.
A corresponding purchase agreement was already signed on January 12, 2010.
