Titan Trading Analytics Inc. Issues Correction of Non-Brokered Private Placement of Convertible Debenture
(firmenpresse) - EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/01/12 -- Titan Trading Analytics Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TTA)(OTCBB: TITAF) ("Titan" or the "Corporation") announced today a correction to the intended non-brokered private placement offering of $250,000 in a convertible debenture ("Debenture"). The Debenture will be convertible into units at a deemed price of $0.10 per unit ("Conversion Price") on or before the Maturity Date, not $0.07 which was incorrectly stated in the original announcement.
