Prosafe SE informs that the results for the second quarter of 2012 will be
published on 23 August 2012 at approx. 8:30 a.m. CEST. Karl Ronny Klungtvedt,
Chief Executive Officer and Sven Børre Larsen, Chief Financial Officer will the
same day at 10:00 a.m. CEST give a presentation of the result at the
Shippingklubben, Haakon VII's gt. 1 in Oslo.
The presentation can be followed live via web streaming at
http://www.prosafe.com. It will also be possible to ask questions via e-mail
during the presentation. The connection to the web streaming can be tested from
17 August 2012. You will find a link to the web cast on the main page of
