Automotive Technology segment awarded order worth several million euros

Sharp rise in orders on hand in the Industrial Electronics segment

Participating in tenders for further major orders

Passau, February 25, 2010 - The Automotive Technology and Industrial
Electronics segments of InTiCa Systems AG (ISIN DE0005874846, Prime
Standard, Ticker: IS7) have secured further major orders worth several
million euros over the next few years. This highlights the growth prospects
of both segments. Thanks to these major orders, it is highly probable that
the company will achieve its forecast of growing sales by around 20%
year-on-year in 2010. The Board of Directors has therefore confirmed its
sales guidance of EUR 28-30 million for 2010. InTiCa Systems attributes the
new orders to its ability to meet the high quality and technological
standards of the various customer groups.

InTiCa Systems' technology improves environmental protection
'Our products also make a contribution to protecting the environment,'
report CEO Walter Brückl and his colleague Günther Kneidinger. They point
out that the order placed with the Automotive Technology segment will help
reduce carbon emissions in various makes of European cars. The company's
products will be used in electric and hybrid cars in a variety of model
ranges. The order is fora period of five years and its value is in the
upper single-digit millions range. Production start-up is scheduled for the
second half of 2010. InTiCa System has budgeted sales of at least EUR 11

million for the Automotive Technology segment this year. Brückl: 'We
believe that these orders will enable the Automotive Technology segment to
improve substantially on last year's very good performance'.

Industrial Electronics set to triple segment sales
The new orders secured by the Industrial Electronics segment raise orders
on hand to over EUR 5 million, so this segment's sales in 2010 could betriple last year's level. InTiCa Systems will be manufacturing and
supplying in-house developments to the solar industry for use in the
fast-growing European and US markets. Brückl comments: 'Our products
greatly improve effectiveness for manufacturers of inverters and
significantly reduce dimensions. Through close collaboration with our
customers, we are able to generate a clear competitive advantage in this
field.'

InTiCa Systems is currently taking part in several additional tenders and
could secure further major orders for innovative product developments that
speed up mid-term growth.InTiCa Systems AG
