The annual forum largest in Russia devoted to problems and prospects of the
organization of initial public offerings by the Russian companies, will
take place on September 27, 2012 in Moscow (MICEX RTS conference hall on
Bolshoy Kislovsky Lane, 13)
Organized against growth of the Russian market IPO, the present forum at
qualitatively new level will continue dialogue on problems of attraction of
the capital in Russia and abroad. Participants of action will be given
opportunity to receive information on further development of the IPO market
from regulators, the exchanges, both Russian, and foreign, financial
advisers and issuers. Within a forum the review of new financial products
and the tools offered the Russian issuers will be also presented.
The professionals participating in process of carrying out IPO and SPO will
make a speech at the Forum. Delegates and speakers of the Forum of
IPO&SPO-2012 are representatives of FFMS, the Central Bank of the Russian
Federation, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, Ministry of
Economic Development and Trade, FAS, and also the largest companies
issuers, banks underwriters and organizers of initial public offerings, law
and consulting firms, rating agencies, investment companies, and the most
important - representatives of the exchanges, both Russian, and foreign.

conference hall on Bolshoy Kislovsky Lane, 13) will take place
The organizer of a forum - Institute of development of the financial
markets (IRFR), the exclusive representative of the British Community in
communications with investors (Investor Relations Society, London, Great
Britain) in Russia and the CIS.
Leading experts of the Russian IR community will take part in work of a
forum: heads of IR departments, vice-presidents for corporate
communications, directors for corporate governance, strategic development,
finance directors, heads of IR projects, corporate secretaries and staff of
consulting agencies.
Plenary and thematic sessions of the Fifth All-Russia IR forum mention such
subjects, as specifics of IR work with the Russian investors, features of
IR in the branches most mentioned by crisis, IR actions of the companies
passable restructuring of the debts. The special attention will be given to
questions of disclosure of information, efficiency of internal
communications at different structures of management and subordination of
the IR block. Prospects of standardization of a profession of IR, questions
of training of specialists on communications with investors, a view of
analysts and investors of IR of the Russian issuers, and the best world
practices of IR will be discussed also.
