Silver Mountain Grants Incentive Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/02/12 -- Silver Mountain Mines Inc. (TSX VENTURE: SMM) ("Silver Mountain" or the "Company") announces that, pursuant to its Incentive Stock Option Plan, it has granted incentive stock options to certain officers, directors, employees and consultants of the Company to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,990,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company.
The options vest over a one year period and are exercisable for a period of five years from the grant date with an exercise price of $0.10.
