Eastman Board Declares Dividend

KINGSPORT, Tenn., Aug. 2, 2012 - The board of directors of Eastman Chemical
Company (NYSE:EMN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share on
the company's common stock.
The dividend is payable October 1, 2012, to stockholders of record as of
September 14, 2012.
