Bermatingen, Germany, March 4, 2010. Contrary to the original plan, Dr.
Helmut Preßl has not joined the Rohwedder AG Supervisory Board.
Joachim Trapp was recruited to take Dr. Kaemmerer's place. Mr. Trapp is a
director of the Kreissparkasse Biberach. The bank has held 10% of Rohwedder
AG stock since 2008.
On application by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board chairman,
Mr. Trapp was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board by a Freiburg
Amtsgericht court order of February 25, 2010.
