Mr Bas Hollenberg has decided to step down as CFO of RoodMicrotec due to changes
in his personal life. He will remain involved with the company as an external
financial consultant at least into the second half of 2010.
Both the supervisory board and the board of management are sad to see Mr
Hollenberg leave, but wish him all the best.
A successor is being sought.
