CHG-MERIDIAN AG enlarges its management board and expands its service
portfolio

- Enlargement of management board reinforces expansion of technology and
services portfolio

- Peter Horne, a member of the Board of Management since 1997, is to
broaden the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO)

- Frank Kottmann is to join the Board of Management in the role of Chief
Sales Officer (CSO) for Central Europe

WEINGARTEN, August 8, 2012 - Multinational technology-portfolio manager
CHG-MERIDIAN based in Weingarten (Baden-Württemberg, Germany) is to enlarge
its Board of Management, thereby paving the way for further expansion of
the company's technology and service portfolio. From 2013, Peter Horne (57)
will further expand the role of the Chief Operating Officer in the company.
He has been a member of CHG-MERIDIAN's management board since 1997. As a
new entrant to the company, Frank Kottmann (45) will take on the executive
role of Chief Sales Officer for Central Europe.

Expansion of technology and service divisions is part of growth strategy
'Our decision to enlarge our management board team underpins the systematic
expansion of our role as an international technology-portfolio manager in
the areas of information and telecommunications technology, high-value
capital equipment and healthcare technologies', said Jürgen Mossakowski,
CHG-MERIDIAN's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), commenting on the enlargement
of its management board. 'For us, the technology and service portfolio is
becoming increasingly important to the success of the company - plus they

provide us with additional growth potential among both new and existing
customers,' he added.

The company had already started to expand its technology and service
portfolio at the end of 2011 when it established CHG-MERIDIAN Mobilien
GmbH, its subsidiary in the mobile capital equipment sector. CHG-MERIDIAN
has focused on the information and telecommunications sector for more than
30 years, but it also operates on a much smaller scale in the fields of
industrial capital equipment and healthcare technology. Intelligent
structuring, efficient management, and customized business concepts are key
to the success of capital investment in all three of these technology
segments.

Other roles remain unaffected by management board enlargement
CHG-MERIDIAN's other executive roles remain unaffected by the enlargement
of the management board. Jürgen Mossakowski (52) will remain responsible
for the success of the corporate group and in his role as Chief Executive
Officer and as Chief Sales Officer International (CSO) outside Central
Europe. Joachim Schulz (46), who has been member of the Board of Management
since 2007, retains his role as the company's Chief Financial Officer
(CFO). 'I am delighted that we have been able to secure Peter Horne's
significant managerial experience and expertise for the company by
broadening the executives roles, and that we have also gained an very
experienced new colleague in the form of Frank Kottmann,' said Jürgen
Mossakowski.

Outlook 2015: plans for new hires and a new building
The company, which operates in 19 countries and employs more than 700
people worldwide, posted record results in 2011 when total lease
originations rose by 30 percent to EUR858 million (2010: EUR661 million).
In view of this encouraging trend, CHG-MERIDIAN expects lease originations
to top the EUR1 billion mark in the next three years. During this period,
the company also plans to recruit more staff, taking the total head count
to almost a thousand, and to add a new building at its headquarters in
Weingarten.

About Peter Horne, Chief Operating Officer
Peter Horne (57) studied business economics at the College of Advanced
Vocational Studies in Stuttgart. After graduating he held various sales
positions at IBM. He joined CHG-MERIDIAN in 1986 and as its managing
director he was responsible for the company's fortunes between 1995 and
1997. He has been a member of the Board of Management since 1997 and has
also been its deputy chairman since 2008. From 2013, Peter Horne will
further expand the role of the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO).

About Frank Kottmann, Chief Sales Officer Central Europe
Frank Kottmann (45) studied economics at the Universitäts-Gesamthochschule
Essen and from 1996 he worked for various manufacturers and service
providers in the IT sector. In 1998, he joined Computacenter Deutschland as
Managing Director, a role in which he expanded the company's data center
business before becoming Managing Director Sales in 2008, with seats on
German management board and Computacenter group executive team. At
CHG-MERIDIAN, Frank Kottmann will take on the executive role of Chief Sales
Officer (CSO) for Central Europe in 2013.
