Biogas Nord AG: New date for the bond issue

Bielefeld, 9th of August 2012. Following the public announcement made on
the 7th of May 2012 regarding the issuing of bearer bonds by Biogas Nord
AG, due to changes in the market conditions the Management of the Company
has decided to postpone the issue. The Management will reevaluate the
market conditions and will reach a decision as to the new date for the
floating of the bonds, which is expected to take place still in 2012.
