Sanoma has today published its Annual Report and Financial Statements 2009. They
are available in Finnish and in English in PDF-format at Sanoma.com, the
Materials section.
In addition to the consolidated financial statements of the Group, Sanoma's
Financial Statements 2009 include, e.g., the Board of Directors' Report and the
Corporate Governance Statement.
The Annual Report 2009 will also be available in printed copy during the week
beginning March 15 (week 11). It will be sent to those shareholders, who have
ordered it beforehand. The Annual Report can be ordered by filling in the Order
Material form on the Group's website at Contacts, by email

Statements 2009 are only available in electronic format.
