Approval of proposed early redemption of bonds

A Bondholders' Meeting in relation to Artumas Group, Inc.'s ("Artumas") 15.00
per cent Senior Secured Convertible Bond Issue 2009/2010 was held today,
Thursday 11 March 2010. The proposed resolutions for an early redemption of the
outstanding bonds as set out in the summons for the Bondholders' Meeting dated
2 March 2010 were approved by the required majority.

The settlement date for the early redemption of the bonds will be 17 March
2010. Reference is made to the Artumas press releases dated 26 February 2010 and
2 March 2010, respectively.
