due to the rights issue. The total number of shares and votes as of July
31, 2012 amounts to 78,631,294.
As of July 1, 2012, the total number of shares and votes in Nordic Mines AB
(publ) amounted to 39,315,647. This means that the total number of shares and
votes has increased with 39,315,647 shares and votes during July 2012.
