Green Star Announces Director Resignation
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/10/12 -- China Green Star Agricultural Corporation ("Green Star") (TSX VENTURE: GRE) announced today that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Paul Marsiglio from the board of directors and the audit committee.
